Kitchen & Conservatory Refurbishment - Chiswick
eco were contracted to remove the existing kitchen and fit a new one to include all the electrics, plumbing and tiling in the area joining the conservatory.
The timber floor in the kitchen and the stairs leading down to the conservatory was sanded and varnished; rising damp was detected in the conservatory so we injected the walls. Installed a chemical damp proof course (DPC) to the area indicated, supplemented via a vertical damp proof course using dry zone injection cream to form continuity and protect against abutting structures. The dry zone (DPC) will provide a permanent barrier to the treated walls stopping further rise of moisture from the foundations and provide a dry wall. Dry zone cream has 73% active ingredient for stopping rising dampness as opposed the traditional chemical injected damp proof course which can have as little as 6% active ingredient the remainder being water.
Finally the kitchen and conservatory were completely redecorated.
eco handed over a regenerated lovely space even cleaning the conservatory glass to complete a lovely piece of work.
